These terms govern your use of boneemsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Boneem Solutions LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("I", "me", "we"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes my AI automation consulting services for small businesses and lets you contact me or book a call. Content on the Site is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.

Consulting engagements

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement that we both accept, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, and ownership of deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that work. Inquiries, calls, and initial conversations do not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• submit malicious code, spam, or false or misleading information through the contact form; or
• scrape or copy the Site at a scale or in a way that burdens it.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, logo, and other content belong to Boneem Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without my written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Information you send me

Please don't send passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form or email. What you send is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant me permission to use what you send only to respond to you and evaluate a potential engagement.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and links to third-party services (such as Calendly and Formspree). Those services have their own terms and policies, and I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results described on it (such as time saved) will be achieved for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boneem Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

I may update these terms or the Site at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
